According to Chicago news, an American firm has brought the most recent slimming supplement to people who required it for fighting against weight loss. Natural mango cleanse, an American business has turned out to be a main distributor from new weight loss product, Natural African mango, which is a supplement based on African mango, also referred to as Irvingia Gabonesis.

In the first clinical trial performed by doctor for African mango, a group of 40 adults with over weight had been chosen for one month observation. Out of 40 adults, 28 were given irvingia gabonesis three times a day for one month. On the other hand 12 adults received a placebo three times a day for one month. No other changes have been made in their diet.

All of them were kept on the same diet with normal calories and this thing was recorded and evaluated by a dietetic record book every single week. And it was concluded from test, that the adults who were receiving fruit extract i.e. African mango showed a remarkable loss of weight. They had lost approximately 12 kg. of weight as compared to those adults who were given placebo group. They showed no change.

So, this is genuinely a break through product, isn’t it?

Thus, it makes a person lose his/her extra weight without causing fatigue, as it increases metabolism together with fat oxidation and thus, the person feels energetic and loses extra pounds and inches.

It has also recommended by an oprah’s physician that this supplement works in a manner that it suppresses the appetite of a person by affecting the amount of leptin within the stream of blood.

According to a blog by Brooke Mclay, leptin is a kind of hormone which is secreted by brain and it gives signal to the body that there is no need to eat more and the body is full. So, if the use of high doses of Invingia Gabonesis together with healthy diet plan is implemented , it will increase the satiety resulting in lesser calorie intake as well as promoting weight reduction. The study, as published in The Journal of lipids health and disease shows that African mango is also helpful in the treatment of diabetes, and it also lowers the level of triglycerides, cholesterol and LDL cholesterol and increases the level of good cholesterol i.e. LDL.

Some researches have also shown that the seeds of Irvingia Gabonesis affects fat cells also, which reduces the growth of fat cells resulting in increased breakdown of fats which in turn results in faster rate of fat oxidation. So, this is how African mango seed extract works and how it benefits not only those who struggle with weight loss problem but also those who have messed up glucose metabolism and cholesterol levels.
