(i) Choose a long term diet if possible. Think of a diet that one can stick to for the rest of his life or for atleast a year or two.

(ii) Choose flexible diets. Celebrations come – your birthday, your friend’s birthday, your anniversary and so on. Your fat burning diet should give you flexibility to eat cake or other foods on occasions. It’s ridiculous to believe that you will not have cake for the rest of your life.

(iii) Analyze your lifestyle? Do you sit in front of tv all day ? Do you expect a diet will make you loose fat even if you burn only a handful of calories. Unfortunately that is not true and a diet can’t radically change your lifestyle and can’t magically make you lose 50 pounds in a week.
